What interests me though is given the way Faz plays the game is why his style is notn mimicked by others. It is obviously very effective so why doesn't Wane get any replacement running the same lines?
Maybe partly because not many back-rowers have his footwork or pace?
Well Isa was a centre before he came here so he ought to have. I don't know much about the junior players but why not assess if one or two could play the game like Faz and encourage them to play that way?

It just seems odd to me if we have players who do X and X works we don't encourage other players to do X as well. We should not really miss Faz as much as we do.
Isa was a centre before he went to Widnes, at Widnes he primarily played as LF, or as a 'middle'. So maybe so of that style has filtered out and has to be regained, he's doing a fine stand in job again but he isn't a first choice player at our level so no matter how he plays it's a touch ask for him to replicate Farrell and Bateman who are top class.

We did have one player who was very alike with Farrell and that was Hughes, we just couldn't keep him in the end. Both I think were helped in their development when Hoffman was here, I see so many similarities between Farrell and Hoffman. I think we believe Macauley Davies could be in a similar mould to Hughes when he's ready for more first team action.

We have the best two in the league (imo). Looking forward to both of them being back fit again!
Footballers spend 90 minutes pretending they're injured. Rugby League players spend 80 minutes pretending they're not.
