Is lockers still the problem?

Lockers, Sam and MM would improve the spine of any team in my opinion so yes I think him being out injured along with the other 2 is a massive loss, providing they can all play to a standard that they once gave us. One thing guaranteed from all 3 is a desire and leadership that with so many youngsters in is lacking!!

Sam and mm though weren't playing at the start of the season either when we're playing quite well imo but we seem to have taken a massive dip in the last few games and the only change to the spine has been lockers

I wasn't disagreeing with you, I agree totally we miss Lockers. The point I was making was when your backs are against the wall players like Lockers, Sam and MM can get you out of it, we are in a bit of a hole currently and it's horses for courses, they would all make us considerably stronger in my balanced opinion!!

The problem regarding Lockers is still to come is when he does retire unless at age 50 he's still sitting on the interchange bench then the club have an issue,at the moment the hole he has left is huge i shudder to think what it will be like when he's gone for good.

For me Tommy and George arent working as a pairing unless aimless kicks and not talking to each other is progress then i think a little tinkering needs to be done,move Powell into the halves and give Tommy a run at hooker i dont know.

Something needs to give a little bit of a change with the limited players available by next monday,doomsday scenario we could be looking at a 5 game losing streak,lets hope that doesnt happen.

Lockers isn't the "problem". The "problem" is the old one that Leuluai isn't a scrum half and never was!

His best position is hooker and at the moment all Wigan have is the situation of having nothing, but expecting Williams to pull something out of the proverbial hat.

Castleford KNEW that and marked Williams out the game, literally onto him in a flash. Saints will do the same (if they want to win). Losing Shorrocks is massive for Wigan as it means the club has no option but to continue as it is

just to clarify - im saying is lockers the problem because it would appear his absence from the team causes our attack to fall to pieces.
