???? Summed up in a nutshell.Josie's friend wrote:Just going by this season he definitely should be sacked but you can't ignore his success since he took over. I don't buy the talk of him inheriting a winning side from Madge and coasting of his success, I also don't believe this is the side he chose. IL & Radz constantly weaken his teams and he follows the party line and stays quiet, there's only so far you can weaken before you end up with a season like this.
I like Wane and don't think he's completely to blame

Holbtprook has done what all Aussie coaches do including Madge and Monie. They start building from the base and get the defence right, then you can start playing rugby.Saints defence was very good on Thursday. It's not rocket science.Of course on here it's called boring.

It's not called boring. Nobody would dispute that successful sides are built on a good defence, but we have the worst of all worlds; a lousy attack and a leaky defence!jao711 wrote:Holbtprook has done what all Aussie coaches do including Madge and Monie. They start building from the base and get the defence right, then you can start playing rugby.Saints defence was very good on Thursday. It's not rocket science.Of course on here it's called boring.

That's a good way of putting it. Because it as felt like that for me for the last couple of seasons. Think that I have just got to the point where I renew my season tickets out of loyalty in the hope that we will get back to the Wigan brand of rl but honestly cant see that happening under present coaching it is all outdated and predictable smothering talented players abilities. The players at wigans disposal is fantastic even with injuries just being used in wrong way. It's like digging with a feather you get nowhere. Don't wish anybody to lose there job but there has to be a limit to how far employer will let there business slide before taking action. Unfortunately IL doesn't see the same games as 95% of us. :conf:Wandering Warrior wrote:Well I can't put my hand on heart and say I'm up for the same on Friday. Can anybody else?

If your all that bothered about the coach then dont go games or protest by holding signs up but guess what?... You wont because you simply like a moan. I personally think hes right coach but only problem is he needs a new assistant because winder is useless and not had a attacking coach since harris or deacon. We don't have a divine right to be at grand final every year because we are wigan look at leeds last season they came from treble to finishing outside top 8 look at them now and.... They kept faith in brian McDermott.

The fact we don't have an attacking coach is not down to him? He wasn't involved in Winder's elevation, whom you have a MOAN about?

Take a look at the table, apart from Cas there must be seven lousy attacks.moto748 wrote:It's not called boring.
