Looks like there is mileage in this. Sky Sports has announced that Smith will be leaving Wire at the end of the season by mutual consent.

Not sure if McGuire would do such a good job with us second time around (who ever does) but certainly wouldn't be happy with him coaching the wire. They have such potential and one day somebody will get it right. Let's hope Madge gets another job in Aus.

Apparently he's in for the Gold Coast job.

Surely he'd prefer living on the Gold Coast than Warrington.

Agreed,Wire have such comic value for us all in RL it'll be hard when,as they surely will get it right and win a grand final.

Smith would do a good job at Catalans as Mc Banana is making them worse, or Maguire would be even better for them

Well spotted Wire are in a mess. Unlike us in 2010 we had a decent side on paper we just needed just a little bit more to get over the fence.

Wire atm are a non starter will take a major turn around to make them challengers inside 12 months.
