We will select which games if any we want to watch.

If Wane was sacked now my season ticket renewal would be automatic even if we didn't sign a single new player.jao 711 wrote:. Until we are top dogs again.JJ wrote:Me and my husband will not be renewing our season tickets if Wane is still is here ????

I rememeber what Madge did with Nobles's under performing squad. I have enough faith in the players to believe a new coach could achieve something similar. As it looks like Wane is here next year I will also most likely not renew and pick and choose games.
If the worst happened and we get relegated and Wane is sacked as a consiquence, I'd probably buy one to follow the team in the championship.
I suspect many are of a similar view so youjr snide remark is misplaced. If you want to be a martyr to the cause that is up to you.

One man's martyr is another man's fan.
For mine I couldn't imagine not supporting the club and the team: even these lions lead by a donkey are lions and who put their bodies on the line.

Re: Wont be bothering with this shower of Sh*** next season!
There are some very fair comments here but I've been a season ticket for many, many years and here's my rationale for probably not renewing even at concession rates:
- I don't look forward to matches any more;
- I've been totally fed up during many games for 2/3 seasons now;
- Because our style of play is predictable, boring and riddled with errors;
- I want to hear some decent analysis of performances from our coach;
- I'm hearing nothing from the club that enthuses me;
- The game itself is in a pretty poor place, partly due to rule changes that have damaged the game, partly due to inexplicable decision making based on those rules, partly due to players throwing their arms up and complaining to refs at the majority of tackles/incidents.
I'm a fan, and a loyal one at that. But sometimes, if you want real change, you have to take a stand.

Re: Wont be bothering with this shower of Sh*** next season!
Having read various newspaper articles over the past week or so I see that:
(a) we are looking to change the way that we prepare for games and
(b) there will not be a major overhaul of the playing squad.
I have no problem with either of the above. However, my major gripe and I believe a major gripe with a large number of fans is our playing style. Over the past couple of years it has become predictable and very dull to watch. I was hoping that this concern would have been addressed and that a message would be sent out from the club that this will change. Without this I feel that a large number of fans will not renew and will simply pick and choose games, myself included.
I will continue to hang fire on my decision to renew in the hope that the club can convince me that next season will bring a new attacking style of rugby. I won't hold my breath.
And before anyone says that I'm not a proper fan, I was there during the dark times of the early 80s. I cannot face another season of not looking forward to games and then moaning throughout the whole game as we use the same predictable moves and finish the set with a god awful kick!

. Well it’s your money to spend as you please.Snide,yes probably but i’m afraid it’s my opinion when “supporters” walk away because the going got tough. Cheer up you could be a Cas fan.DaveO wrote:If Wane was sacked now my season ticket renewal would be automatic even if we didn't sign a single new player.jao 711 wrote:. I'll be renewing ofc but not too happy with the team last season
Re: Wont be bothering with this shower of Sh*** next season!
It won’t change. Wane is stubborn as they come. People should realise now he just says the right thing and nothing changes.Lord Byron wrote:Having read various newspaper articles over the past week or so I see that:

Unless he’s finally listening to the fans and the bad feeling around the team st the moment.
Can’t see it though.......
Re: Wont be bothering with this shower of Sh*** next season!
If IL and Wane listen to the fans we will end up in championship 1 with some of the suggestions on here.What makes the “fans”think they know how to run the club,the team,the fitness regime,and just about everything else better than the present incumbents? We also don’t need smart ar-e remarks about FPN or his home life,you wouldn’t say it to his face would you.
