TBW
Medlocke keeps forgetting his password so he has to use what comes in his head first.
You'd think he'd write them down and pin them on the wall? It's not like anybody is going to pinch them and post as him!?
Hope he doesn't forget his pin number when he's at the cash line? I'll bet he's got that written down and stuck on his card!!

I think some of the comments on Sam Powell are forgetting something, he can also play 6 or 7 if we have an injury and his tackle rate is up there with the best. Add that to playing 80 minutes and not injury prone and it reads a different picture mm
Re: McIllorum
On FPN we cannot off load him as his wages are so high, no other clubs can afford him. The only solution would be to continue paying part of his wages for the other club. This was done when Hoffman came to Wigan .
Re: McIllorum
I agree. I like MM but all he’s got is his aggression and big hits. Sam can tackle, maybe not big hits, he also has an attacking brainddtftf wrote:I think some of the comments on Sam Powell are forgetting something, he can also play 6 or 7 if we have an injury and his tackle rate is up there with the best. Re: McIllorum
Please remind me about Powells attacking ability or kicking game for that matter. i remember , but may be wrong, one break away at Saints last year that led to a try. I can remember anything else, apart from slow distribution and very basic dummy half play
Re: McIllorum
Please remind me of all the penalties Powell gives away by try to be the hardest man in the northern hemisphere every time he plays, oh that's right, he doesn't, that would be Rock Hard, Tackles like a terrier MMacwrlfc wrote:Please remind me about Powells attacking ability or kicking game for that matter. i remember , but may be wrong, one break away at Saints last year that led to a try. Re: McIllorum
Well that one attacking play is one more than MM, also Sam can kick another thing that MM can’t doacwrlfc wrote:Please remind me about Powells attacking ability or kicking game for that matter. i remember , but may be wrong, one break away at Saints last year that led to a try. Re: McIllorum
I was responding to a post re Powells attacking option with a honest assessment, where in my post does it mention MMs penalties\toughness.
I don't want to sound like a totally biased towards MM but in my opinion he offers more as a hooker than Powell and the position would be weaker with him not around the club.
I haven't seen enough of TL as a hooker to make an assessment re hooker but can only go off his performances last season.
I want whats best for the Club and realising a player who is currently our one number hooker does not make sense. Also the fact he is being courted in Australia should tell us something

I like mickey, good leader and gets the lads up for the game with his no non sense approach and aggression.
But if we could offload him to bring someone better in, I’d be all for it. And as for Powell he does have more of an attacking brain as he showed a couple of years ago playing in his best position as a half against NZ warriors.
I just think he offers that little bit more
