French law means you won't even get in the ground if you're drunk. It is also illegal to take alcohol into a sporting venue, although that didn't stop people when we went over there back in 2002...!

We've had this discussion before. If people think that inflicting injury, possibly fatal, being arrested, getting a criminal record and all the other things that can be associated with fighting is good and clever then can I suggest you go and find an England rugby union forum where that kind of thing is considered normal, judging by this weekend's activities.

There's a lot wrong with a bit of a fight.

Don' think it would happen anyway, we've so far got nothing against the team. Had Saints organised it (which even they aren't stupid enough to do) the outcome may well have been very different!
Seems a bit of a studenty thing to do, am sure their reasons for doing it are innocent, just a tour around their town or whatever but I don't think it's the best idea.
