Gareth Widdop wants UK return – reports
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Homesick?? He has lived almost half of his life in Oz! Seems a strange statement IMO

think he fits the bill with what wigan are looking for at the moment, and he is a goal kicker with a success rate of 84% last season

Could he be one of the two Aussie based players we have made offers to?

Gareth Widdop
Apparently Widdop is looking for a move back to the UK. Would be a great signing for us if we could get him.

I wonder if the injury he picked up is a bit more serious than expected and he is wanted to move to a less intense comp?
Matty Bowen was done by NRL standards but was great in SL.

These are two reasons not to trust people.
1. We don't know them.
2. We do know them.

This is a must signing for Wigan and could be the most important signing for many many years. We must pull out all the stops to get him. World class player

I'd certainly like to see him plying his trade down the DW,will it happen I doubt it.
As ever would love to be proven wrong on it though.
