A Cas fan I know said he had been told it's a done deal too, although that was from second-hand gym talk he got.
I think Cas are trying to tie up a deal for someone else this week (strong rumour is Derrell Olpherts). Maybe that's what is holding up anything being announced, maybe they want to announce a signing at the same time we announce taking a player from them.

I've seen a lot of claims from Cas fans and that was one of them. Also he only played 20 minutes a match and only in 70% of games. Still a number of the yorkies are upset that someone who "ran through walls" is leaving them
