I still think he is the best super league i dont see any other better full back
As a defensive Full Back he is the best in the Super League, he hardly makes mistakes from kicks and his defence when teams break the line is excellent. His attacking abilities aren't as good as other Full Backs like Wellens and Mathers who both have a better attcking game but aren't as good as Rads in defence.

Personally I'd rather have a defensive Full Back and leave the attacking to wingers and centres

hock maybe fit for the start of the season as hes having some special treatment the oxygen chamber which is so posed the help breaks heal quickly when exposed to high levels of oxygen so you never know we may only have one second rower out and remember it says rads is struggling with a knee problem its not like hes smashed it so he may also be fit. come on people be optimistic.

Yup by his own standards Rads was poor, but then again he was playing injured, having the additional responsibility of capytaincy didn't help...plus the whose side was poor.
I wouldn't say he's the best full back in SL at the moment, he was and I thought this year he could be again... but it all depends on how long he's going to be out for.
rads poor , was he not 2nd top try scorer and only play 15 games?????? :eh:

Yes and if thats true what does that tell you? It tells you how awful we was last year. Rads was average at best.
Gotta agree there, i think Rads will see more games sat in the stands than at full back. I just hope we can use the likes of Ashton and/or Melling etc more sparingly this year, only putting them in every now and then for experiance rather than because they're needed.

Leeds and Bradford haven't immensly strengthened ,players like Millard and McAvoy, and McKenna and Bai are not signings i'd be happy with if they came here.

However i can't see any other clubs that have drastically improved. Although we have beefed up our pack we're still unsure on how Moran and Orr will click and will DV step up a notch or three.

I think it'll be a really tough season for all but with Wigan, Leeds, Sht Helens, Bulls, Hull and Wire to make the top 6. (Not in that order, but it would be nice).

I would be very happy with Bai if he came becuase he is a very good winger like Dallas,.
Bai is old and slowing down a lot, to loose young GB international (albeit 2004 Tri nations) Reardon and replace him with Bai is not the gretest of moves.

I heard that McAvoy will not count on the 20 players over £20k quota, whether he's being paid under £20 grand or creative accounting i don't know.

However i can't remember where i heard it.
