Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Re: Jacob Miller
When a player has the option to take up an extra year, like French with us, is the salary already agreed from the original contract or negotiated?widdenoldboy wrote: ↑Thu Sep 23, 2021 12:33 am Maybe we have been played to boost Miller's latest deal ?

Re: Jacob Miller
The option will already be agreed in the original contract pal, usually though when its an option in the players favour there is a percentage increase written in as an incentive for the player to take up the option. Where as club options are usually just the same terms.nathan_rugby wrote: ↑Thu Sep 23, 2021 7:09 amWhen a player has the option to take up an extra year, like French with us, is the salary already agreed from the original contract or negotiated?widdenoldboy wrote: ↑Thu Sep 23, 2021 12:33 am Maybe we have been played to boost Miller's latest deal ?

Re: Jacob Miller
We could be signing Brett Kenny and Peter Sterling and we would be playing five drives and a crap kick
Miller will do nothing for us other than take an overseas spot. Get rid of the dreadful Harry Smith and re-sign Josh Woods - at least we would have a goal kicker then

Why single out Smith, what did Hastings do or the other 15 for that matter?buttmonkey2 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 23, 2021 10:30 pm We could be signing Brett Kenny and Peter Sterling and we would be playing five drives and a crap kick

Re: Jacob Miller
Except we wouldn't of course, because Kenny or Sterling would take matters into their own hands.buttmonkey2 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 23, 2021 10:30 pm We could be signing Brett Kenny and Peter Sterling and we would be playing five drives and a crap kick
