While we are having an unusually optimistic couple of days can we all hope Peet and Briers get an improvement out of Powell

Dont get excited, he will not displace Powell, He will be our 9 till he gets his bus pass, teachers pet.
My point isn't anything to do with P****l, and whether he's good, bad or indifferent. It's the stuck needle. And the thread is about Cust.

Well that's how it used to be but not currently.Charriots Offiah wrote: ↑Mon Nov 15, 2021 12:32 pmYou leave Wigan and you take a step down.Blackpool_Pie wrote: ↑Mon Nov 15, 2021 5:49 amCompetition for first team places isn't a bad thing, especially for younger players. Well I'm guessing that means McDonnell and/or Pearce-Paul are likely to be moving on then. Why hang around?

Who can play 9 so talking about the prospect him replacing Powell is on-topic for the thread.morley pie eater wrote: ↑Mon Nov 15, 2021 2:30 pmHilarious!

While Cust can play 9, and probably better than Powell, sadly he won’t be able to pass to himself.

I just like what I see and read about him. If Trent says he is good then that will do me. Added to that, I think we will see a far more competitive side under the new coaching team.Exiled Wiganer wrote: ↑Mon Nov 15, 2021 1:23 pmThat would be great, and enthusiasm is always good. As long as there is no favouritism and he rotates the squad the best he can, then I think you will be right.Charriots Offiah wrote: ↑Mon Nov 15, 2021 7:08 pmI just like what I see and read about him.
