Actually, I think I have a Norweb shirt somewhere; it was the first Wigan shirt I ever owned, a Xmas present, IIRC from my then g/f. I certainly had it until relatively recently. It's possible it didn't survive the move to Wigan, though, one or two items went astray then.

I still have a Norweb shirt.

I’d have thought if they were doing a retro shirt they would have gone for one that was even more retro than 1992. The 1992 shirt was “a bit modern” itself when it came out with it’s design and it’s not got much to do with 150 years of the club.

Along with Ellgren, personally, I'd love to see Nike reproduce a modern fit replica of the 98/99 home shirt (either acknowledging the inaugural grand final victory and or final game at Central Park), as part of the ongoing retro range for the 2022 season.
