If our game is under threat from a frozen pitch, then so will be Wolves v Saints (I don't think they put undersoil heating in the HJ Stadium) so no televised game Friday night?

its been a rather nice day today. quite chilly but the sun was very hot. whether it will be freezing at night i don't know but at least the pitch will be slightly better if it isnt all wet.

"Meanwhile, anxious Salford City Reds officials are closely monitoring the weather forecast ahead of Friday's clash with Wigan at The Willows.
The pitch is covered with tarpaulins, but has no undersoil heating, and officials are concerned as temperatures are predicted to dip even further before the end of the week.
A spokesman said: "We are working hard to try to protect the playing surface.
"But the weather forecasters are predicting temperatures are going to drop as low as -8 on Friday."
