Season Cards
Season cards arrived for me and Ross
Wrong names
Wrong stand / seats
Wrong address (surprised they even got here)
Wrong gender
Apart from that all good
Ross got an email about the problem I Didn't
It would be funny really if it wasn't so sad
Better get it sorted before the Leeds game as i am not standing in a mile long que on the night for tickets
Regards EW

Re: Season Cards
I had an email to say the wrong name had been printed on the card but to keep the old one until the new one arrives. I have only had one email though for a new season ticket I have bought not had an email about existing tickets (as yet), not had any tickets through the post either.
Re: Season Cards
Thank goodness I received the warning email from the club on Monday, otherwise I'd have had a shock when I got 'my' season ticket today. Wrong name, wrong sex, wrong stand and apparently I'm now in a wheelchair and 45 years younger!

Re: Season Cards
I have a similar issue too. 'Mine' arrived today, with the incorrect name, but correct reserved seat.
I did receive an email in advance advising me to contact the club, if a replacement hasn't arrived by 14th February.
I'm presuming mine could be an error as I had the same seat in 19 and 20 but didn't renew for last season, but got my original seat back for this season.
So I'm presuming the identity on my ST is possibly last seasons holder of my seat.
Glad it's not just me

Re: Season Cards
Received mine today, wrong name, wrong stand and wrong seat. I took it back after phoning the ticket office, it was explained as a glitch. Not to worry I'm sure we will get there in the end, won't we?

I must be lucky all mine correct. Makes you wonder tho about admin at warriors and your details going astray. Its not rocket science putting season tickets together surely.

The postman apologised that the mail he was delivering was the right address but he didn’t know who the addressee was.
I got the email about the error, so knew straight away what it was.
Opened it to find I am still Over 60 (Senior) - Correct
But! It’s a Gold Corporate Season ticket for the Directors Box!
I wonder if I can keep it to use?

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan
