Centres we need proper centres not wingers - not second row - I hope kris radlinski reads this I hope he realises he’s a moron! And he needs to understand we need centres!!!!!

Also powell - yeah I know “he’s a great guy” “coaches must see something” “oh we’ve heard it all before” ok

At 35/6 mins incase you want to fact check please see below the images - we were on Leeds line starting the 2nd tackle and the images below are how the receivers of passes from Powell had to receive the ball this isn’t over the match this is 3 back to back passes

Pass 1

Pass 2

Pass 3

I doubt roby throws that many bad passes all season
I am in agreement about our centres but our forwards were mullered by an average pack tonight. The Leeds forwards, save for Oledski, are nothing to write home about. We were trying to go around Leeds all night rather than earning the right by punching holes down the middle.

Mike wrote: Thu Jul 21, 2022 11:26 pm That was rubbish. I can accept an off day in attack, but the defense was abysmal. Pete's got to earn his wages this week. He cant let a team get so complacent after a big win. He's got to turn that around and very soon.
I agree. A test for his coaching. I have seen coaches react two ways to defeats like this. One, say it was out of characters and more or less the same side the week after giving the chance to redeem himself and two, drop players and make changes. I hope I see latter next week. Halsall needs to come in for Isa at centre is one obvious change I don’t think would be controversial.
I think Halsall is a must but aside from Mago returning I don’t see where the other changes are coming from.
Fair shout, not sure why Paddy was left out tonight, injured may be?
Assuming Cust is injured then French to half and bring in Halsall. I'd suggest Isa out of the team but I thought he was one of our better performers tonight (I know, right!)

It’s no surprise there are more comments because this was in Sky and the Hull game wasn’t so more people saw it to pass comment. So no, no surprise at all
No surprise at all, I agree, I thought the same thing myself. But the two key differences are, the Hull game was played in Wigan, and we won it.

Peet said he was not well. Cooper wasn’t supposed to be playing

If Isa stays in the side he needs to be in the back row not at centre.

I would like to see Mago and Cooper both in the side and I hope Peet doesn’t think he must rotate selecting them. I think that should have happened tonight. Cooper should have had a couple or even just one short spell while he learns the team. A mistake by Peet I think to make a straight swap for Mago.

Yeh, another poster said Mago was not fit, so Peet's hand forced there.
Cust clearly not fit, if so I'd have liked to see Field at half and Halsall/Miski brought in.
At times, the best teams have Field marked out of the game at FB, Bevans quick feet would be best at FB in these cases.

Some issues for us tonight, but credit Leeds and chastise the ref (awful).

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Said it when I saw the team listed at the game!

No impact from the bench as we already know Shorrocks and Partington are not good enough both our centres kept shooting out of the line and missing tackles get Dwyer signed up hes better than we got

That's what worried me about that game, the majority of their 7 tries came from simple moves within 10 yards of the try line, that and the fact that Leeds had 7 different try scorers, seems to suggest that they were all running amok or at least at will.
