Was still under contract at Huddersfield for another year, hopefully we’ll get an announcement soon now his season is overMike wrote: ↑Fri Oct 07, 2022 7:35 pmWhen would his contract expire? Nov 1st? Or is he being released early, I can't remember.Jonh wrote: ↑Thu Oct 06, 2022 10:14 pmFirstly it’s not up to Wigan to announce as he is a contracted player to another club. So as and when he moves it will be Huddersfield that give the ok for the move to be announced.
Secondly not s load of excitement?! A team playing a fantastic brand of attacking rugby including 2 human highlights in French and Field and there isn’t a load of excitement?!
Any supporter that isn’t excited and enjoying being a Wigan fan at the moment and isn’t looking forward to next year isn’t a fan of rugby league.

And let’s not forget Huddersfield have signed Naiquama & Bibby who are both confirmed for next season.

Wow missed that one so looks like they have plenty of centres for next season. Am more comfortable now and it’ll be announced when it’s announced

Re: Jake Wardle
The personal terms with player are agreed and signed. The hold-up is between the clubs.

Whilst I know this is satirical, I would assume Huddersfield are now asking for a fee for his release.fozzieskem wrote: ↑Sun Oct 09, 2022 1:28 pmI’ll guarantee it’ll be down to the giants wanting a new cow bell..![]()
Think it'll end in Wigan getting him for free, though. All parties want the move just as much as the others.
