I understand what you are saying about his role. In that case I would be questioning the coach.
However, conceding on this and assuming it is ok to have a "20 minute impact prop", then I would expect him to be working his arris off in the gym, emphasis on anaerobic training and coming in with a lot of muscle to show the effort.
Instead he comes in with his body shape. What does he do in training then? Seemingly it's not aerobic, seemingly it's not anaerobic. I would love to know what he actually does "fitness wise".

He did alright last week. Very poorly before that.
Mind you Cooper was rubbish according to some after the first couple of weeks, but now he's a big loss.
