I have heard that from a source that works for the club.

Have also heard that there is a plan B for Robin Park Arena if the DW falls through

That's definitely a none starter meds far to many obstacles regarding size/planning ect

It can be done, the club has been given an estimate of around £30m. Planning permission may be a stumbling block though.
