Nope! You're spot on on. He slaughtered us with penalties and atrocious decisions in first half versus Stains (I know it wouldn't have made a difference to final score) but it made for a downbeat half time changing roon. And the rest is history! But he managed to level up the penalty count late in the game when it mattered not. He's defo on the Stains payroll. Not sure if his earnings will breach their salary capBlackpool_Pie wrote: ↑Sat Jun 17, 2023 5:54 pmYeah he seems to do that a lot with us! I thought it was only me who noticed. Its as if he wants us to lose so gives the other team the upper hand to the point where we can't get back in the game, then gives us a few pens later on in a row to even out the statistics which really doesn't make any difference to the outcome. Maybe I'm just being paranoidFirestarter wrote: ↑Sat Jun 17, 2023 3:48 pmAnd easy.Dont forget golden boys forward pass that nobody seemed to notice. My prediction is he will get saints in a good lead then give hull pointless pens.Disgraceful reffing.Cmon hull

Re: The Chris Kendall Show
You say it doesn't make a difference I honestly thought at half time we were still in with a shout despite being behind but we took some really tough calls in the first half which tipped it in their favourBob the Builder wrote: ↑Sat Jun 17, 2023 6:13 pmNope! I honestly think he does show saints all sorts of leniency I remember their grand final v Salford the y got every cell and I mean ever call it was a shocking display by him I hate calling refs I really do buy something happens when he refs them and it could be something simple as being star struck I don't know truth be told.

Never seen such a load of self pitying drivel in a very long time.
Life can be unfair. Deal with it.

Re: The Chris Kendall Show
I was not too bothered who won but it became dangerously clear the referee was without doubt giving every chance he had to penalise Hull and ignore any infringements St Helens made, I was worried at half time some of the Hull fans could have turned nasty . I truly believe an inquest into the handling of the game should be investigated.

Re: The Chris Kendall Show
His reffing was so one sided in the game on Saturday its untrue. It may not be completely biased, but his decisions built momentum for Saints. Odd penalty, followed by 6 again, 6 again, but he didnt give the same to Hull
i've seen Saints fans on FB and twitter complaining about him, wtf do they want out of a ref, that gives them the majority of decisions. One was complaining about one of the Hull tries saying they knocked on, but couldnt see the ball go back and hit a saints player (completely misses that) and just arguing that its a knock on
i've no issue with Griffin getting sent off. At the end of they day, he's said something and was given 10, then decided to carry on. Only 1 winner in that situation, and it wont be the player. However, i do have an issue with Dodds arguing a decision in the 2nd half and no penalty, no 10m walk back and no sin binning, therein lies the issue. You penalise one team for it, but let the other get away with it

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan
