Picked up my new car so missed the final glad Leigh won why anyone would want a KR win is baffling,Lammy has Leigh playing good rugby but what little I've seen the stadium looked empty

Apparently, according to the commentators, there were 20,000 fans stuck on the motorways for some reason!! Where the 20,000 fans came from only God & Dave Woods knowfozzieskem wrote: ↑Sat Aug 12, 2023 8:43 pm Picked up my new car so missed the final glad Leigh won why anyone would want a KR win is baffling,Lammy has Leigh playing good rugby but what little I've seen the stadium looked empty
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Stadium was more than half empty , time to move it methinks . Great atmosphere in Boxpark before and especially after the game . Well done to both sets of fans, such a cracking night.

I saw that number on Facebook Josie rather a precise number that frankly makes me wonder if they even got to 50k tickets sold no doubt there was delays but 20 thousand I very much doubt it,either way it looked terrible on the TV it is time, and I say this each year to bin wembley off and stop deluding ourselves about full houses etc.josie andrews wrote: ↑Sat Aug 12, 2023 9:44 pmApparently, according to the commentators, there were 20,000 fans stuck on the motorways for some reason!! +1 - fantastic stadium, food and own brewery!
Hull KR just stuck in there and could have snatched it.
Emotional for the Lam clan, made up for Adrian.

The whole of the upper bank behind the camera's was closed and no tickets sold for it . That's a very large proportion of the ground so there was no chance there was going to be a decent crowd.
Thought's with the people involved in the M1 accident .

If I was being unkind, I'd say that Zak Hardaker put more effort into that game than in his whole time with us!
Still glad that the horrible Mikey Lewis missed out - he was up to his usual tricks for most of yesterday. Shame, when there's some obvious talent hidden by all his shithousery.

There were, however, calls for the game to be delayed due to almost 20,000 fans missing the kick off due to a horrific incident on the M1 motorway.
All in all, though, 58,213 people were recorded as attending the showpiece final.

crash outside Luton which some poor Hull KR fan sadly passed away in, stopped fans from both clubs getting therejosie andrews wrote: ↑Sat Aug 12, 2023 9:44 pmApparently, according to the commentators, there were 20,000 fans stuck on the motorways for some reason!!
