Look at tomkins second stint took him 18 months to get to where he needed to be.
But Mago hasn't been out on the piss being a knobhead and doing damage to himself
Succinctly put, as always

Another stand out game for Mago.
These are two reasons not to trust people.
1. We don't know them.
2. We do know them.

If it were me I'd be looking to give him another year he's finally found his feet, now knows what's expected from him and is clattering all before him.

For me his body language is different.

He actually looks interested in his team thesedays, rather than just ambling around for the sake of it .

I mean in general, not just while playing.

Some say it’s because he needs a contract but there may have been other stuff going on that has contributed?

Probably a combination of a lot of things all coming right at the same time.

He looked very happy, and his team mates likewise when he went over. It would be so annoying if we have paid his wages for rubbish performances just up to the point he shows what he can do. Tomkins version 2 all over again.

I think this is spot on. I thought the same thing. He seems like part of a team rather than an isolated figure.
It was great to see his and the teams reaction to his try.

Did Leeds manage to get him to the floor today, he just seemed to making good yards and then a quick PTB every time?
