Bit of a stretch but it might explain why we signed Chan and Leeming - spell O'Neil at 13 and we fasttrack Forber as back up hooker?

Leeming for Powell
Walters for KPP
O'Neil for Smithies
Chan for cover then?

Its a stretch and maybe Chan signing was opportunistic.

Where has this rumour come from?
I keep seeing random people mentioning it on Twitter like it’s gospel.
Is there anything at all to it?

Not to add to the rumour. But just watched some Luke Thompson highlights for the dogs and he played 13 quite a bit.

Probably adding 2 and 2 and getting 5 but with having 9 props and then signing Thompson asked questions as it is but with him previously playing 13 and smithies muted as going. Smoke without fire?
