There seems to me no need to change the rules of the game just apply the existing rules and ensure the players play within the rules.
Ive said this before and I repeat it. again a tackle is not synonymous with collision! I've no facts on the matter BUT my intuition on it is that collisions are more likely to result in serious injury.
A high speed collision not a well executed tackle is manifestly more sKilled to execute than a collision. To repeat a collision is a collision is a collision Not a properly executed tackle. That Its a no brainier is obvious even to the fans of thugby!
