The Bench: Jai Field

Post by josie andrews »

Wigan Warriors star Jai Field is this weeks guest on The Bench with Jenn’s & Jon.

Jai gives us the latest on his hamstring injury & discusses why he has chosen to stay in Super League rather than move back to the NRL in Australia

I like listening to the interviews with different people, but, Jon Wilkin is so annoying interrupting all the time that you lose track of what they are/were talking about. He really loves the sound of his own voice IMO
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Jon Wilkin really does need to shut up.......and get over himself. He will/does put people off watching. I wanted to hear what Jai had to say, but switched off early, I wasn't interested in what Wilkin had to say. The guests won't mind particularly, apart from irritation or boredom, it isn't their living, but Jenna Brookes might, and so she should. He needs to have some respect for his co-presenter. I'm trying not to think its a chauvinist thing. Somebody should have a word with him anyway, preferably not Brian Carney.
