Wilkin on sky

Post by mikey »

Well done Jenna Brooks even she realises how Wilkin is so biased with her yeah of course comment after he was going on with a full strength St Helens comment and now Salford have gifted the league to Wigan. Its time we had a change in the punditry line-up.

Where is this from?
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

When he first started I had high hopes for Wilkin but he does feel the need to keep on trying to be controversial instead of just talking sense

I think Wilkin is usually OK. As long as it's not Saints or Wigan playing. Some fresh faces as pundits still wouldn't be a bad idea, though.

I think he’s okay if he isn’t commentating on St Helens or HKR. He ha very strong affiliations with both those clubs.

The more RL on sky I watch the more I feel like I miss Eddie and Stevo.

Briers was good tonight, Carney trying to catch him out was just cringe.

I could see Briers sat next to Carney in the West stand having an animated discussion with Briers trying to explain some attacking move by the looks of it, just after the second half started. Briers has forgotten more about RL than Carney will ever know. Never like Briers as a player but he has developed in to a sound bloke and a good coach.
