England squad named for Samoa Series

Got something to discuss about RL in general? Then this is the place to post it.

I thought the same 🤔
No idea how he is still in, he's past it, especially when Dupree and Mulhern are left out

Lets be honest, Dupree hasnt set the world on fire this season, and many on here have commented that he hasnt been playing well
James Harrision IMO should be nowhere near the squad anyway as he aint good enough

so that leaves Mulhearn who has had a great season again at Leigh, who probably does deserve to be in the squad

Re Hill, there was a small mention of Saints showing some interest in him for a 1 year (poss +1) contract to bring through the young forwards. He is still capable of doing a good job, but i do agree we should have better options at prop

This decision of Wane’s wouldn’t make me want to get better to be selected maybe next time but think why should I bother?
If that is their response and attitude to Wane picking Hill over them then he has made the right choice.

Nobody is entitled to be called up & sometimes players in recent form get overlooked by players who have been main stays in the national team. There is a fine balance between consistency vs form.

Yeah our 3 too! Club could have let us know we would get a free one when renewing ST though! £41 each 😟
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Have to agree in regards to Dupree he’s been ok at best as for Mulhearn maybe he’s picked an injury up he plays like a man possessed so that wouldn’t surprise me.
