I know he's under contract for next year but has anybody heard anything about the possibility of Chan moving on? I can't see him playing regularly and I'd think he's at the age where he won't fancy another year being farmed out to other clubs.

I think Eseh and Chan were bought for next season when the limits on playing time come in. We got in while we had the chance with less competition.

For me neither look like breaking through into the first team anytime soon Wigan aren’t short of a prop or two coming up so give them ago perhaps?

What's happening with Farrimond not used him lately especially after him scoring a french type try kicking the ball then scoring himself is he on an extended contract ? And i know he's not a forward. 🤔💯

He has a very long contract can’t remember for how long, but he loves it here as does young Zach Eckersley both got long contracts. 😊

I think he just needs to bide his time too as he isnt going to displace Smith or French short term. He'll get more game time again next year, and certainly with the rules coming into play which limit the amount of time young players especially can play

if we go to Vegas, and somehow manage to fit in the WCC, then the squad players like Farrimond, Eckersley, Hill will be getting plenty of game time :)

In a couple of years time I expect Smith will try his luck in Australia and Farrimond will then become 1st choice scrum half.
Farrimond has only just turned nineteen years of age so has plenty time.

Last few games his leg was heavily strapped but had a very good game in the Academy GF (maybe he was MoM?).
