It really is a shambles, isn't it? And it seems we only have this week to get it sorted or we'll be paying full whack? Does the club recognise how much goodwill it's losing?
Worse than that I don’t think they care, yes it’s platitudes when sky are about “oh the fans the lifeblood etc, etc”but the reality is sod you we know best shut and take the price increase even for a game the majority won’t be able to attend.
Matty Peet seems genuine. In fact pretty much everyone says almost nothing else about him that his priorities are family and building ties with the community. Are you saying he's just doing PR?
It is PR Mike, they’re selling us a product after all but I agree everything Matty Peet says is genuine only for it to be undermined by the shoddy way the club is being run at present,I feel only valued when they’re flogging something but I guess that’s the nature of sport isn’t it you put up with it because of the love of the club.
Now ask yourself would you put up with the shoddy nonsense from say a shop? No of course you wouldn’t you vote with your wallet and move on sport, and it’s unique in this you can’t so they can carry on as they like.
Did all of my season tickets online this morning with no problems at all, set three up on Gold and got one on Silver and also claimed my Samoa tickets for the weekend as well, no problems whatsoever.
I made a second visit to the ticket office today after yesterday's failure. Queue was shorter (only about half an hour), and it all seemed to go through quite smoothly and relatively quickly. But then, I haven't got a bunch of people on my ST account, it's just me, so it seems that simplifies things a lot. Anyway, I'm assured that it's all done, and the money will go out of my account of the 5th Nov, and I will get a physical ST, and a ticket for the Samoa game will be emailed to me. But it's still a bit of a mission, and absolutely should not be necessary. The digital system seemed fubared, and I'm simply not prepared to sit for literally hours on the phone, so if I didn't live in Wigan (and have the free time to get to the ticket office), I don't know what I'd have done.

I did mine & 2 people on my network. Only because my ‘away buddy’ is away in Majorca & it was no bother to me but the other one is a guy who can’t do anything with his ticket/s Frank has to do them or we do special games tickets together IE: WCC
The reason I highlighted the date was because on my confirmation email it said the money would go out of my account on the 8th November.
Maybe it’s different for online ST purchases?
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

On my email Josie it’s definitely the 8th of November assuming it gets set up of course
I sorted my Season Tickets and swapped from AR to Gold last week when they were announced - no probs for me and my lad, but we're in South so need for seat reservations, etc.
My question is - we got a ticket for the Samoa game each and got the email confirmation through. But we've not had any tickets through for this yet (And yes, I've checked Junk ) - has anyone else had these through yet? Conscious it was a while ago we ordered and time is knocking on but dont want to pester the TO if no-one else has had theirs

From what I remember reading they said they would be emailed out today (Wednesday), not checked yet but it could be anytime today I would imagine
