Seeing as not much has been said of him during his two appearances against Oldham and Leeds, what are fans that have seen him play, thoughts of him?

I remember reading that he said that he felt strange making his debut for Wigan when at a time other forwards also debuting were about 6 years younger than him.

Did he looks decent, at least enough to see Chan being loaned out? Will he get much first team game time if Farrell and Nsemba remain injury free?

Looks decent but without seeing him in a full blooded exchange it’s difficult to judge. He looked solid against Oldham, the Leeds game he went off with a poke to the eye and he was playing with a lot of young players in his spells before and after that.
I know that several clubs wanted his signature and that he’s further in front of where we thought he would be, both as a player and physically.
He seems to have pushed up the pecking order will be interesting to see how he goes.
