Re: Ticket Issue
You will need to phone the ticket office I would think. 01942 311111
Good Luck!

Re: Ticket Issue
I had to ring on Friday for Saints tickets as our bronze member things won't let me buy on the website. Answered within one minute, all done int eh next minute, one of the most efficient interactions in a long time. Couldn't have been any better. There are still issues with tthe ticket system for these little oddities that really shouldn't exist.
Re: Ticket Issue
I had issues buying tickets for the Good Friday stains game.
I needed 3 full price adults and 3 over 60s, the system wouldn't let me checkout with the over 60s tickets, it asked for confirmation of their memebership details, which they do not have.
It shouldn't be this hard to buy tickets for a match.
In the end I thought f**k it and bought them all at the full adult price

Re: Ticket Issue
thanks for all the replies. What a pain seriously bringing 2 kids with us for Giants game. Had to create a 2 accounts for them on different emails to reassign tickets. Seriously neither look close to 15 never mind 18.
Re: Ticket Issue
They are obviously making sure they don't get ripped off by the fans trying to buy tickets for juniors and over 60s, so more hoops to jump through

Re: Ticket Issue
I am classed as ambulant disabled, I have rheumatoid & osteoarthritis, COPD the result of having pneumonia & I’m diabetic.
I moved my seat I’d been in since the Brick/DW opened to one lower down so I don’t need to use many steps, 3 steps now.
I have a disabled parking pass from the club which I’ve had for many years. You have to provide proof from a doctor that you are disabled.
I’m fine at home games the stewards all know me & are there to help if I’m struggling. No need for a carer plus friends sat near me also help if needed.
For several years, at least 5 I think, I’ve asked for a carers ticket for away games so my away buddy who drives me to these games gets a "carers ticket" for him. Never had a problem before this season.
When I went for the Hull FC tickets I was told that I could have them for this game, but I was given a form, a couple pages, to be filled in by my doctor, at a cost, to inform the club of the health issues I have for any future away games!
So even though I save them the cost of a home season ticket which I would get for free if I used a carer, I had to go & pay for proof of a disability they have known about for years for away games!

Re: Ticket Issue
To be fair my son is an ambulant disabled supporter with autism and Ive never had an issue this season or any other, I thought as long as you’re on the clubs disability register then they already know your entitlement. Here’s hoping everything’s sorted for you know
