Ten months ago, I sent an email—cheekily, I admit—asking if our Club could play a game of rugby league in Las Vegas. Now, as thousands of fans make their final preparations for this incredible journey across the world, I just want to take a moment to say thank you.
I’m very aware that just last week, in our game against Leigh, we stood together to support local communities and challenge the inequalities in our society. And now, in the next breath, we’re heading to America. On the surface, that may seem contradictory, and I accept that but the truth is, if our sport doesn’t dare to try new things, we risk being left behind. And that’s something we simply cannot accept—we care about this game too much.
There’s no doubt that this match has captured the imagination—if I’m honest, even more than I anticipated. So, we must embrace it. I want to express my deep gratitude to those who have invested so much to be part of this moment but I also want to acknowledge those who, for many different reasons, cannot make the trip. Please know that you are very much in our thoughts.
When we pull on our jerseys in Vegas, we do it for every single one of you—our fans around the World and for the entire Super League. It’s time for our sport to get the recognition it deserves.
To everyone travelling, I wish you safe journeys and hope you create memories that last a lifetime. And to those at home, we’ll be back soon – No matter where we are, we represent you, always.

A message from CEO Kris Radlinski
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

I'm sure people may already know how Mike Danson got involved with wigan it was through the yearly London challenge matches where they hosted companies in the city for the match
This is simar for me, you never know who the club will meet in Vegas
