Steve McNamara

Not the best of topics but maybe looking as the first coach sacking?
Done brilliant the time he’s been there but this has been a really awful start for Catalan.

Personally feel that Shaun Wane is the man for the job. It’s whether he fancies a few years in the South of France and all the travelling that goes with it.

Joel has moved over to France on the coaching team

i said last year i thought McNamara was on borrowed time. With the players at this disposal, he has under-achieved, although there was a counter that he'd won the CC and also made the GF, which was a fair point

i just think he's of the Brian Noble, big and bash em school of coaching, and the time for that has moved on

Just watched the highlights of Leigh/Cats. Oh dear. They did look very poor.
