I hope Peet doesn't over-react to the result on Saturday and pick a team to put 80 on Leeds.

Ellis, Keighran and anyone else with a knock should be rested (Field goes without saying). It's a long season and Leeds are a poor team.

Put some youngsters in if needed.

Field is out with a hamstring & Keighran is out with his knee/leg not sure about Ellis

MP said Ellis had passed his HIA test during the game.

On the basis that Field and Keighran are injured then a lot will depend on if Miski is fit to play.

I think it also depends on whether Farrimond is fit.

Farrimond is fit. He was pulled out of the Reserves game because French was a major doubt for the Hull match with illness.

Assuming French is OK to play at Leeds & that Miski may return, I’d go with:

Eckersley
Miski
Farrell
Wardle
Marshall
French
Smith

Admittedly Farrell isn’t great at centre these days but I think Eckersley did a brilliant job at full-back last season & French is miles better at 6 where he can have greater influence on the game.

It’s the kind of game we could blood someone like Lowe, with an experienced Miski and Farrell either side of him. There should be enough with the spine to beat Leeds and a bit of motivation after last week.

Faz just hasn’t got the mobility or speed to play centre anymore.
