I'm not convinced it's a no-brainer to move Bevan back to 6; he did fine at full-back for me today, and still chipped in with a try. if Hodkinson is up for it, it could be worth a shot, though. I thught Leeming and Faz were very poor. Jake Connor had a great chance to catch a ball and fall over the line. Faz, stood next to him, just watched. Petulant six-agains on the fifth tackle.

I thought Farrell was one of our better players. He was making good ground in attack, he put in some really good defence that forced turnovers and helped keep that inexperienced right edge defence really solid.

Terrible game management by Peet again. Leeming got worse as the game went on but didn’t use Forber, another wasted bench spot!! Ellis was awful but played nearly the full game, Dupree was great but only got one 20 minute spell. We still have no plan B. Farrell gives away far too many penalties and 6 agains. We have a reluctance to use our centres properly, we have great running centres and in Wardle the best in the league but don’t use them to there strengths.

Do we not research how certain refs ref the game? Jack Smith is an awful ref who very rarely gives us anything but to keep holding down when he keeps warning us is just plain stupid.

Agree with all of that. What Peet is playing at I have no idea.

Was Forber not fit? If so,why stick him in the bench? If he was fit having another 9 on the bench and not using him at all even if only to give Leeming a ten minute break before HT was stupid. Mago only on for 10 mins in the second half was another useless use of the bench.

I dare say Peet will be saying how great Leeds ignoring his own failings. That’s two weeks in a row you can point the finger at him.

You can’t ignore Vegas when we’ve had two good halves in the 3 games since. I’m more annoyed today with our attack and composure because we defended ok, hung in there and still really only lost because of a winger who didn’t catch a simple kick and a header!

Disappointed with the result, but some good performances from the young players, Sam Walters was our best player by a mile.
We definitely need to have another centre, or fullback when Field is missing, depending on where we play Eckersley.
