Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

I see it's another of those 'Red Button' games. Seem to recall that the last time we had one of those, I managed to record a couple of hours of snooker or something. I don't think just recording the REd Button channel works, and you need to be literally pressing the red button at KO time. I think.

And the BBC are bloody useless, they don't plug it at all. On their RL page, there is nothing to say, the big match is available to watch this afternoon on the BBC. Just "Listen Live to Women's Challenge Cup".

Wake up, BBC!

I'm beginning to doubt if it is on the red button (got that from rugbyleagueontv site). Searching the BBC, and putting "is hull fc v wigan on the bbc" into Google doesn't give any positive results from what I can see.

Josie?

Anyone?

I don't think it is on BBC, Moto. I think the red button on rugbyleagueontv site is talking about something else as I notice further on down there is a BBC match and it says "BBC red button". I wonder if the Super League plus call their other broadcasts "red button" too (which is confusing!).

It's red button on sky not bbc.
These are two reasons not to trust people.
1. We don't know them.
2. We do know them.

Me again! I found this link that has a list of the BBC fixtures - https://www.totalrl.com/the-super-leagu ... 025/status

It shows:

Round Eight

Saturday 19th April Leigh Leopards v Warrington Wolves 1.30pm (BBC)

Round 12

Saturday 24th May Castleford Tigers v Leeds Rhinos 2:30pm (BBC)

I hope that helps.

I do think the BBC treat the sport abominably, though. Last night, I remembered that the Leigh/Wire game last week was on the BBC, and I hadn't seen it, so thought I'd watch it. Go to i-player home page, go to Sport category - nothing. No mention of rugby league whatsoever. Women's Six Nations, plenty of that. No rugby league at all. In the end, I searched the whole website for "Superleague", and turned it up from there. You really have to make a committed effort to find owt rugby league-related on the BBC.
