Hes an end moto.Once again hes gone to screen for nothing. The video ref is embarrassing him.I think its easy to have a dig at refs when we are losing but hes basically looking for a reason when its us

It's fine. When a try looks too easy, and a player just strolls in, there's often a good reason for that. So it's worth a look at obstruction. I've not seen many occasions lately when it's been a "defensive decision", but then again, if it's in real doubt, they usually go up as a No Try. And Ben Thaler was dead right both times.

Bit concerned about how easily we've been conceding tries and the damage that Pryce has been doing down the middle on the few occasions he's been able to run at our retreating defence. If our pack drops its intensity then that could be a worry in the second half.

On the positive side, we've been able to control them well for large parts of the game and have been dangerous with ball in hand. Just need to keep the sloppy errors to a minimum and not let the heat lead to rash decisions or indiscipline. We've got the advantage and need to play controlled rugby.

I do think we were fortunate with that last try. Nsemba is running on the outside shoulder. It doesn't make sense to say Briscoe initiated contact so it's no obstruction because the natural direction of Briscoe movement across the field would make contact inevitable. I think it was an incorrect call but the video ref had no interest in overturning the on-field call.

Josie?

Anyone?

I’m at the game so can’t check but it’s supposed to be on the Sky App!
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

I’d like to see stats on how often teams get referred.
