Thats the main problem and the No1 thing Noble will sort out. Someone has to take control.
Is it true Andy Farrel coming to pass on some of his expert leadership skills whilst out injured?

Im sorry but Sean o'Loghlin needs to hand over the captaincy to someone else.

On many occasions yesterday especially behind the sticks he had opportunities to get into the players but he just stood there with his hands on his hips staring into fresh air, the only person who seemed to be doing any talking was Danny Orr!

Your probably going to ask who would i give it too.I would chance my arm with Brett Dallas at least he is showing by example i know fletcher doesnt want it but we need that senoirity on the pitch so he might not have any option who knows!
Whoever takes over as coach needs to sort this as his first job. I've mentioned this elsewhere on here, but I think the captaincy is stiffling O'loughlin's game. If he would take it, I'd give it to Fletcher, and let Loughers get back to playing rugby. This team is lacking a leader, when things were going wrong, we could rely on Farrel to take the lead on the pitch, and turn things around. We need someone like that again, and Loughers at the moment just isn't the man for the job. No disrespect to him as a player, because at his best I think he's one of the best.

The first job is to get the players playing to what ever potential they have!
the captaincy is stiffling O'loughlin's game.
He is by far our best player of the season so far.
This team is lacking a leader,
Lockers is the man for the job. He has led every team he has ever played in.
we could rely on Farrel to take the lead on the pitch, and turn things around.
Faz never played with a shower like this lot and even his super human effort would make little difference on its own - as Lockers proves week in week out.
No disrespect to him as a player
This is exactly what you are doing!

Lockers is the only decent player in the team (argument excepted for Feka) and you are in danger of throwing away the baby with the bath water.

There are hunreds of other reasons for this seasons demise of the club. Finding fault with the best player in the team is not one of them.

Good job this is just opinions. You can spot a leader and O'loughlin is not a leader. You can try and make someone a leader but they tend to show a little control before getting the post.

I never said he wasn't. I just think the captaincy is detracting from that.

No I'm not. I'm a big Loughers fan and we sorely missed him when he was injured. I'm just stating my opinion regarding the leadership of the team, not the ability of the a player who for me will eventually be as big and probably overshadow Farrels reputation.

You are joking saying he is our best player even better than Godwin and Ashton they have been miles in front of him.

How little you know. Even if Lockers is being over hyped slightly, he is the best Brit in the team by a distance.

From what i could see on monday Moran and orr were doing all the rounding up while lockers had his back to the team watching the conversions go over.

People are going to scream at me for this but i honestly reckon the captancy should go to Moran as he seems to be the one rounding people up. Althought the obvious choice is big fletch but he isn't a 80minute payler and we need a presence on the pitch for 80mins

give it to flecth , he looks like a natural leader. it was very noticable that lockers wasn,t geeing the players up on monday and it was danny orr who was try to lift everyone.after the passion displayed against stains it,s strange to be so flat the next game and two of the biggest offenders where tickle and brown who didn,t play against stains. jordan james showed more passion for the club [or maybe it,s self pride]than those two put together
