Lindsay Sweating Now!!
Lindsay sweating now
Lindsay is now sweating that if Noble does not come to Wigan people will know that it is his fault.
One of the main stumbling blocks for Noble is that Lindsay is in charge at Wigan and his reputation goes before him.

Re: Lindsay Sweating Now!!
I doubt Noble's relationship with Lindsay could be any worse than his relationship with his current chairman. Especially as Lindsay would be paying him a lot more money.
Still, we'll see.

Whats the point in lindsey starting to sweat now, as you say. Whatevers happening is a done deal and if it isnt Nobby i expect the "plan B" coach to be lined up ready for being announced.

The peoples choice is Noble.
We dont get our man then who is to blame?
Who will be under more pressure?

Err that depends what side your coming from, if its true about the bradford board then its the bradford chief exec to blame for letting him talk to us without consulting others. Or if you want another go at lindsey its his fault, although no doubt hes tried every trick in the book to get noble. Noble owes us nothing he doesnt HAVE to come, this is what people seem to be forgetting, he's been at bradford forever he owes them something and they should know before we do. And for your final question the team will be under more pressure having to go another week without a coach and then getting undeserved flak even when they do things right, no doubt

Re: Lindsay Sweating Now!!
Noble's biggest problem seems to be with the Bulls chief exec Gareth Davies and how he handled Wigan's intial interest ('we're not bothered, we've got Mc Namara ready for the job'). I think a lot of the media circus hasnt truly been down to Nobby, its more Davies' comments and Maurice Lindsay saying how much we'd want him.
Re: Lindsay Sweating Now!!
If Noble is still having emergency meetings with Bradford then I think the writing is on the wall - he is not coming to Wigan.
Re: Lindsay Sweating Now!!
Unfortunately, that is what I am now starting to think, I was really hopeful that he would come to Wigan, But now I am not so sure. I havent conceded yet though and have still got everything crossed in the hope he does come. :eusa10:Jack posted:

Re: Lindsay Sweating Now!!
If he's still having meetings with Bradford, then that basically doesn't look good. It implies that he's either milking both sides for every penny he can get, or his heart is not in a switch to Wigan.
Either way, it doesn't promise a great deal. Personally, I feel Noble should now make his decision. Continuing to dangle people along is starting to cloud his otherwise untarnished reputation.

How is it Mo's fault? The only reason Noble is considering this is because Bradford chief exec has upset him to the extent he has considered leaving.Wigan Watcher posted:

Mo has made the offer to Noble and it is now up to him to decide if he wants to come or not. We also can't blame Bardford (or Mo!) if Bradford move heaven and earth to keep him at Odsal.
It is out of Mo's hands now.
If Mo can be criticised for anything in this it is for building our hopes up last week talking as if it was a done deal. He has cooled down his comments markedly since then, no doubt because he realised Noble was not just going to say yes at the drop of a hat.
But to say its Mo's fault if he does not come is daft. It isn't something Mo can influence anymore.
