waw. i wasn't bornt hen haha  . sadly i was only brought into the rugby in 2004. i used to be a latics supporter but i got a free ticket from my mate and went watching wigan vs bradford at home (which we won) and things went on from there. i now attend every game (warriors not latics) and i rarely miss a match home or away. better late then never i say!

1986 Wigan v Australia. My dad took me and I was sat on the old concrete roof over the dug out. Managed to get Noel Cleals autograph afterwards during the fans pitch invasion.

1985 Wigan v Hull challenge cup final. What a spectical. It was awsome, i was only young but can remember it like it was yesturday. The only game that can match that atmosphere and that emotion, was the first world club championship against Manly :D Happy days

1980 I think... Lancashire cup first round game Wigan beat Rochdale Hornets 19-9 at central park. 20pence for a programme. £1 entrance for my Dad and free for me as they used to let me crawl underneath the turnstyles at the Colin St entrance.

Happy Days! ( and I don't mean the Fonz played for Wigan)
Ha Ha Ha, i had forgot about crawling under the turnstyles!

I went to several matches from the first season back in Division 1 but I cannot remember any of them. The first match I truly remember was v Hull KR at Central Park. We had just signed Phil Ford, Steve Donlan etc and Hull KR alongside Hull were the best teams. We beat KR that day in a superb match. A Meninga led Saints beating us in the Lancs Cup is an early memory too. First Challenge Cup Final was 1984 v Widnes and I have not missed one since (involving Wigan). My biggest regret is not going on an Ashes tour Down Under.
