Why not join up with Leigh??
That'll keep you in the elite division the way they are playing.
After-all, that's what Lydsay tried to do with Warrington and Widnes.

Wigan will stay up, I believe we Nobles match tactics ands training techniques will pay off during the next 2 matches. Look at all our upcoming home games... quins, wakefield, cats... (except saints and warrington)... we have a chance.

Wigan will be relegated at the end of the season, Castleford was an important match for catching up with the rest of the teams and for confidence. We have one last hope against Wakefield if we can win there then we might have a slight chance of surviving but if we lose there are not many games after that I can see Wigan actually winning.

After Wakefield Wigan Play:

Salford City Reds in CC (L)
St Helens (L)
Leeds Rhinos (L)
Les Catalan Dragons (W)
Warrington Wolves (L)
Harlequins RLFC (L)
Wakefield Wildcats (W)
Salford City Reds (L)
Warrington Wolves (L)
Les Catalan Dragons (L)
Leeds Rhinos (L)
Huddersfield Giants (L)
Bradford Bulls (L)
Harlequins RLFC (L)
Hull FC (L)

That would means 4 points for the remaining games, which is not be enough to catch up to Wakefield :(

I disagree... Wigan the past 2 seasons have gone on a roll at the end of the season... 4 points from all those matches wont happen, here is my prediction:

Salford City Reds in CC (W)
St Helens (L)
Leeds Rhinos (D)
Les Catalan Dragons (W)
Warrington Wolves (W)
Harlequins RLFC (W)
Wakefield Wildcats (W)
Salford City Reds (L)
Warrington Wolves (L)
Les Catalan Dragons (W)
Leeds Rhinos (L)
Huddersfield Giants (W)
Bradford Bulls (L)
Harlequins RLFC (L)
Hull FC (L)

13 points = 17.

The point is who knows what will happen?

Loss against Huddersfield? We should at least be predicting another win against the only team we've been successful against this year. Les Cats aren't unbeatable, neither London especially if Thomas Leuluai is out for a while. I can't see the team getting any worse than they have been, and Noble's coaching is going to bear fruit eventually, even if he has to replace half the first team squad with A-teamers to try and get some enthusiasm onto the pitch.

In past season Wigan might have come strong towards the end of the season but there were season were it was almost garneted victory when you played some of the "lesser" team but not anymore every team (apart from Wigan) has improved twice as much since the seasons when we made comes backs to get to the Grand Final. Wigan are the worst team in Super League and that isn't going to chance quickly.

If Wigan get 13 points in the games after Wakefield I'll eat my shirt.

A firing Wigan can beat any team on their day - likewise all other teams have off days.

Wigan's final position at the end of the season will be decided by if they can start playing as a team.

Currently it looks like relegation time and on current form I can't see us winning more than a couple of our remaining games. However if they can get a bit of confidence and better yet a couple of wins then we could yet make it to safety. There are plenty of teams above us who could yet have a nice run of defeats.

Ah well, might as well not bother anymore if nothing's going to change.

BTW can I have the winning lottery numbers for the draw in three weeks time?

Who was it who got us nobby.... Wasnt it lyndsey
It was all milwards fault in the off season panic buying...
Lyndsey got us bad when he sacked Graham West...
But it is the players who play not the chairman and board.
OOOOOO were the greatest club in the world!!!!
