How many are people are going to pay around £15 to watch a club playing at a ground just because Whelan wanting funding for the Latics to Play there and who are not going to exsist in a few years because they will probaley merge or move to a different part of the country(Warickshire Warriors anyone i think not)
or how many people are going to watch a team that is not permantley playing in a nearby town(they will go to wigan in a few years) where fans can pay £2 to get in and not be corrupted what do you think?
Not sure about Warwickshire Warriors but Cheltenham Warriors have been around for a few years.

There's not certainty it would cost £15 if we were relegated to get in the JJB, away fans would likely hesitate if that's more than what they are used to paying. The money we generate even now will hardly contribute more than a few pennies to the Latics' cause, when they have individual players (Chimbonda or whatever he's called) valued at more than 3 times our entire salary cap it's clear to see the differences in the financial requirements of the two sports. RL is nothing in money terms to soccer.

I'm not sure on what you base your thoughts the club will "probably merge or move to a different part of the country" - medical help for paranoia is available from your doctor.

And, speaking only for myself, it would cost me far more to travel to Chorley than Wigan because of the distances involved. You mentioned elsewhere playing NL3, the away games would involve going to such local places as St Albans, Essex, Coventry and Carlisle. Much as I am pro-expansion, that's a bit more of a trek than we've got at the moment.

Good luck to you, I sincerely mean that, but please don't be upset if few people are interested. We've got our reasons for continuing to support the club, the same as you've got your reasons not to. I'm not going to stop you doing anything you want to do. Your money, your time, it has no impact on me at all.

Good luck to you mate, but why are you on here talking about it this a Wigan Warriors fans site. Your club wont be Wigan RLFC the most famous and decorated club in international RL. Your team even if you are successful will not have the history and generate the memories our club has.
But as Fraggle has said your money your time, good luck.
