As for me, I'm originally from Lancaster but currently living in Manchester. Perhaps the people criticising our poor attendance in the cup match verses the Chemics the other week need to realise just how many Wigan fans there are outside the Wigan district who can't get to every game, I suspect our non-local support must be about the biggest of all clubs.

I live in Manchester but I am fortunate enough to have a mate that likes to take the shortcut to Yorkshire (through Manchester ) for the majority of away matches and the train's only three quid day return to Wigan!
