Twelve to Go !

Post by Cuculus Canorus Warrior »

With twelve games left, how many points do you think we'll need to survive ? Which games do you think we can win ?

Leeds Rhinos Away 20:00 - -
Sun 18 Jun Catalans Dragons Home 19:00 - -
Fri 23 Jun Warrington Wolves Home 20:00 - -
Sat 01 Jul Harlequins RL Away 15:00 - -
Fri 07 Jul Wakefield Trinity Wildcats Home 20:00 - -
Fri 14 Jul Salford City Reds Home 20:00 - -
Sun 23 Jul Warrington Wolves Away 15:00 - -
Fri 04 Aug Catalans Dragons Home 20:00 - -
Fri 11 Aug Leeds Rhinos Away 20:00 - -
Fri 18 Aug Huddersfield Giants Home 20:00 - -
Fri 01 Sep Bradford Bulls Home 20:00 - -
Sat 09 Sep Harlequins RL Away 15:00 - -
Fri 15 Sep Hull FC Home 20:00 -

Every one is winnable. I think Leeds 11 Aug will be the hardest one. Oddly, the September fixtures may be easier than people imagine. Traditionally, top 5 teams start resting players at that stage and thinking play offs. So the Bulls and Hull might not be truly as hard as we would expect.

I think we need 7+ victories

The thing about teams taking it easy could be Wigans undoing , Stains play Wakey,Hudds, and Cas in their last six games and by that time they could be out of sight from Leeds, cant see Anderson playing any key players.

We have been down so God Dam Long that it must be up for us. The injury jinx lets not go there----- The poor pairing of our half backs ----- lets not go there either ------ our poor lets score more than the oposition Milward approach to defending ----- lets not go there . I think Nobby is the exorcist who has done the busines and Dobson is the final pice of the Nobby repair kit so we can do what we all need to do and that is WIN GAMES

i can only see 5 wins tops for us! we played well last night but still got no points. yes we could go on an unbeaten run from now on and get into the top six it is still possible. but being realistic we are only going to win a handfull of games in the fixtures remaining.
dont let your victories go to your head or your failures go to your heart
