Agreed, Terry is No 1 hooker in the GB game. Really missed him this year!!

Some people critise for his discipline and question his place in the GB squad in the past but in an international shirt Morley has a worse record and noone would say no to him in their squad.

higham is a good hooker like he showed today he gets alot of yards when we get on a roll but newton is far better than higham near the line he can make anything out of nothing

To say Godwin before Higham is a bit silly in my opinion.

Godwin was a good foil to put on whule Newton was taken off to cool down but I think people ought to realise Higham is a better player than Godwin by quite a bit.

The Newton/Higham debate will run so long as they are both playing the game I think but I think Newton has always been a player who can be lazy at times and a player who you see the worst of when things are not going well.

There was a time tonight I thought the Wigan players were going to loose it in the first half but if Newton had been on there I can guarentee he would have. I think its time to stick with the team we have and hope they are good enoug to get the wins to get us out of this mess because any more personnel changes won't help IMO.

It is the off season when the team can be modelled how Noble wants it to a degree. If Higham went then and Newton cam back then I would have to accept Noble's judgement but given Noble has picked Higham for GB in the past I am not so sure hewill be leaving.

I'd have them both! what a combination that would be. After tonight I would be sad to see Higham go as I do think he gives his all and is a quick player, however despite his liabilty no one can deny the skill of Newton. To have them both would be good but won't happen.

Saying that i also love Godwin, he isn't as quick but I think he tackels well and is very sparky.
Can't have 3 hookers though :conf:
