The Phoenix Club

Any more members yet?

Yes we won and I said we would but come on what a shambles of a team, they can’t pass a ball they can’t catch a ball, they can’t run it in or tackle and even need assistance to tell them if they should kick for 2 points or not and cannot agree on that.

This is Wigan we are talking about not any other team.

It’s a good job we played a very poor side last night because I cannot see another win if they play like that again.

Lockers tried his best but yet again showed that he his just an average player and nothing more, as for Fletcher and Richards these great players who have done it all over in Australia well they where pathetic again.

Anyway it can be very lovely at Whitehaven when the sun shines with a very nice little club house.

I don't agree that lockers is an average player, stick him in a team like leeds or saints and he would be a force to be reconed with! He has a great rugby brain, but in this Wigan side he is very much on his own. If his team mates would back him up when he has the ball in hand instead of standing back and watching we would create more breaks! When the wigan boys are training they do and its a sight to behold! Watch him when he plays for GB and i'm sure he will prove me right.
