Only joking

It is good being a Wigan fan, even though this season hasn't been the best, it has been different which is a change.
Simply, we are the best fans in the world.

2 things to back this up
1 - last nights Wigan observer shows that the average attendance to date this year is the best since 1992 / 1993 when we were untouchable
2 - Saints only pulled in 8000 fans last week and they are top of the league
The scousers sing "you've got the worst supporters in the land" - think we should give some of that back next time we play

Straight from the heart- well said babe. That's what true supporters are made of. Sometimes you have to experience the bad times to truly enjoy the good times. I'm lucky as I saw the great teams in the eighties and early nineties but get the feeling that further glory may not be too far away. Younger supporters who have stuck by the club in our season of need will get their just rewards. Winning will be so much sweeter after the trials and tribulations this season.WE'RE ON THE WAY BACKrugbymadbabe posted:

Re: being a wigan fan
well it may not be one of the ebst seasons were league positioning is and cups and stuff but it has been a pleasure to be part of the fans and the rmy that have marched week in week out to home games and away games. we are the best in the land and this seaosn proves it. i used to be a latics fan around 4 years ago and i thought their support was good, but since getting that free ticket to see wigan that night ive never stopped going and that is down to the team, the club and itt's loyal supporters. next season....we will be rubbing it in the faces of the doubters who thought super league needed extending to keep us up. we can always wave to the other 11 in super league next season when we are flying right past them
. wigan till i die
