Despite some recent superb games, I'm not sure if history will show Danny Orr to really be any better for Wigan than, say, Jules O'Neill who also mixed some cracking games with some stinkers. Still, if he scores the winning try in this year's Grand Final then us critics will be very happily eating our words!

His defensive game has generally been good for Wigan, but going forward we have seen little from him.

He is now showing the form he showed at Cas, and it has to be down to Dobson and the forward platform he has to work off now.

He certainly hasn't been one of the worst players this season - not by a long way.

Be great if he could get a hat-trick of MOM awards, although he must keep on giving the packs away as he never seems to shave...

I think Orr has greatly improved as he is taking on the defensive line more, he's always been more of an attacking player than a general in the middle of the field. As Dobson's organising and kicking is out of this world compared to Moran i think this has taken pressure off Orr and enabled him to concerntrate what he's good at.

Hat trick of Gillete packs against Salford?? It's possible.

When he signed I was happy. Soon after I felt he would never cut it. Criticised him, felt he was not our 6. Last 2 games he has been fantastic. I hope he keeps doing it and prove the doubters like myself wrong.

If he does prove the doubters wrong it will have been the longest "bedding in" period in history.

Look, the lad has been ok in the last couple of games, but just because we have won a couple, this is still a team playing poorly and Orr has had his fair share of the blame in this.

He just is not good enough for the pivotal position he holds in the team.

He owes us more, lots more because he has been the worst signing in recent history and is lucky to be still in the team unlike Brown, Aspy, Wilde et al who are no better and no worse than him.
