Try watching the game properly. He made umpteen tackles. Yes he gave some penalties away. He carried the ball up well. Outstanding effort, worked himself into the ground and for what? some very undeserving supporters it seems :(

I also think although he did give away a few penalties, his work rate was outstanding though, and goood enough, thought a few of the other Wigan players looked a bit weary :doz: But fantastic TEAM win again :)

He was everywhere in defence - summed up brilliantly when Luke took a quick tap and Lockers was the only one who'd got back onside quickly enough to get the tackle in.

maybe i'm being harsh towards him but those high shots that he repeatedly did could of cost us the game.

his tackling technique needs to improve giving away to many silly penalties at cruicial moments, with his arm he might be good at harvesting come august. could have cost us the game tonight.

Scott Logan gave more penalties for high tackles than Sean all the knockers should watch the game again and see if Sean had a bad game no he did not .Sean is the best prospect we have at the club along with Gareth Hock they are ones for the future .

Indeed, a very hardworking performance I thought. Yes, he gives away penalties, but most penalties are conceeded by the defending team so it stands to reason that the person trying to make the most tackles will also give away more penalties than someone who only makes 2 or 3 tackles.

As for his mistakes perhaps leading to us losing the game, the fact that we still can't defend our line very well has nothing to do with it then? There was some very good defence on display tonight, but also some abysmal defence at other times. Once we get that sorted then we're not going to suffer as much from the effects of conceding penalties in the middle of the park.

But I have too say he is talking to them more, which is showing in the performances.
I actually noticed that tonight. There s a first time for everything

As to the penalties he was not the only one to give stupid penalties away tonight. Tickle did and I am sure he was not the only other guilty player.

Lockers does seem to get penalised quitea bit at the moment and whether they are justified or not he needs to work out why and cut it out.
