They lost the toss. So they are wearing the away top.

I will be wearing the blue top. Coz i dont have cherry an white. the material is crap. An im not waste my money on it.

BUT, im trying to get the adidas one. Coz that is better. But still i will be wearing the blue top. :D

Please dont go into this arguement, that 'i only have the blue shirt, and dont want to waste money on the home shirt'.

I aint sayin go out and spend £33 on a new shirt, i am just saying if you have the home shirt, wear it, dont wear the blue. Ask the players and i bet they would prefer to see a sea of cherry and white.

It's a pointless argument really, some people will wear the previous blue shirt because it was lucky at Murrayfield, some people will wear black, some people maybe even the old Energi 'W'-style shirt... As long as we're all cheering for Wigan it doesn't really matter. Personally I'll be wearing cherry and white, and I expect most other people will because those are Wigan's traditional colours and the Cup Final is a traditional fixture. St Helens will be playing in red and white, so that might confuse some people, but also they have used a blue away shirt so some of their fans might look to the untrained eye like Wigan fans. But the big shirt will be at the North End, and that's what the players are more likely to focus on than what individuals are wearing.

And I can't believe someone is telling which shirt to wear. I'll be wearing the same shirt as the players on the day. Live with it!

Oh dear what a fuss over nothing. Two facts -
1.) Wigan are playing in blue but it doesn't matter what colour shirt you have on as long as you don't have a scouse accent
2.) The blue shirt is cheaper - it will be around next season unlike the red strip which is being replaced. I have bought the blue and will get the new red strip next season as it is pointless having to buy it again.
So wear what you like cause it will still be the winners shirt!

As long as we all have the Wigan Crest with Wigan R.L. beneath it I suppose it doesn't matter.

As for the blue shirt being cheaper, where did you get yours from? Both of mine cost me £33 at the JJB and I imagine we'll be getting a new away shirt next season, it tends to be the trend. New away shirt every year. New home every two.

The quality of all the patrick jerseys is poor, no shirt is better than the other. They all pluck, the JJB on the front fades, the collar fades. Already my blue shirt is plucked and faded. We ought to look for better kit suppliers or get Patrick to pull their finger out.
